Information you choose to share
When you use online scheduling or messaging, KirbnJays receives the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, service address, appointment choices, and messages, so we can identify your customer profile, respond, and schedule service. When you choose financing, maps, Facebook, or a review platform, the selected provider's privacy practices also apply.
Website operations
The site host may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps, and security events.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on public information pages to understand page visits and loading performance. It does not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites. Our integration excludes booking, messaging and customer account pages, along with pages containing query strings or fragments. It honors your browser's Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track settings. Names, contact details and message contents you enter are not sent by our analytics integration. See Cloudflare's explanation of Web Analytics.
Third-party services
Online scheduling uses a secure service provider. Financing prequalification is provided by Wisetack and its lending partners. Review, map, and social links lead to their respective platforms. Do not submit sensitive financial or identity information by ordinary email.
Messaging choices
For information about appointment and service messages, message frequency, and how to opt out or get help, read our messaging terms. Website use and appointment booking do not by themselves enroll you in promotional messages.
Questions
For a question about this website or your information, email jason@kirbnjayshvac.com or call (636) 747-1667. Our Terms of Service cover website use, online booking, and service messaging.
Optional ad measurement
We use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to measure completed online bookings. Measurement is on by default for visitors identified as being in Missouri, unless you opt out or your browser sends a privacy signal. Other or unknown locations require you to turn it on. We share limited technical identifiers, not your name, contact details, service address or booking notes. See what is shared and change your ad privacy preference.
