The visit you book today is separate from the two future prepaid seasonal visits.

First-time customer

Your first HVAC maintenance visit is free when you have never used KirbnJays and pay for and activate recurring memberships for every HVAC system serving your home during that appointment. Each membership requires a saved card and automatic annual renewal. You still pay the first-year membership prices. Accessory and water-heater maintenance are not included in this free first visit.

Existing customer

Maintenance is $89.50 per air conditioner or furnace instead of $105 when you pay for and activate a recurring membership for every HVAC system serving your home. This visit covers air-conditioning maintenance or furnace maintenance, not both. Your total due at the appointment is $89.50 times the number of air conditioners or furnaces being maintained, plus the first-year price of all selected memberships.

Payment during the visit

Your technician collects the combined maintenance and first-year membership total and completes enrollment at the appointment. Nothing is charged online. Your card stays on file and the memberships renew automatically each year.

Accessories handled together

Accessory and water-heater maintenance are not included in this visit. They can be added a la carte—just ask your technician. You do not need to choose those add-ons online.

Important membership, renewal, and coverage details

The first year is prepaid when the membership is activated during the appointment. A card stays on file and the membership renews automatically each year.

The first future prepaid visit is for the opposite maintenance season—not the season in which the membership is purchased.

Prepaid maintenance visits must be scheduled during standard hours.

Benefits remain with the enrolled HVAC system and service address. They do not automatically transfer to another system or property.

Repair savings apply to eligible flat-rate repairs on covered equipment. They do not apply to dispatch, diagnostics, maintenance, installations, equipment replacement, special-order fees, standalone refrigerant, taxes, or payment and financing adjustments.

Steam humidifiers and cartridges, replacement media cartridges, and air-purifier replacement parts or bulbs are not included in accessory coverage.

What homeowners usually want to know.

Can I book maintenance without a membership?

Yes. You can continue without memberships at $105 per air-conditioning system or per heating system being maintained. Membership discounts and free first-time maintenance apply only when the required memberships are paid for and activated during the visit.

Does every service plan include the same visits?

Basic, Standard, and Premium each include one cooling and one heating maintenance visit per paid year. Standard adds accessory maintenance; Premium adds more accessory coverage, water-heater maintenance, and an emergency visit if needed. The separate enrollment visit does not use either future seasonal visit.

Do KirbnJays service plans renew automatically?

Yes. KirbnJays service plans are recurring plans that keep a card on file and renew automatically each year, allowing seasonal care to continue without purchasing a new plan every year.

Can I schedule an included maintenance visit online?

Yes. Choose maintenance in the online scheduler and identify yourself as a service-plan customer. The scheduler checks the plan and service address before presenting an included visit.

Does a service plan mean repairs are free?

No. The included maintenance visit covers the maintenance defined by the agreement. If the system needs a repair, KirbnJays explains the finding and cost before you approve additional work.

What if I have more than one heating or cooling system?

Choose one membership for each HVAC system. You can mix Basic, Standard, and Premium at the same address. The booking flow shows the combined annual price and the maintenance charge before you choose an appointment.
